- Notice Period for Cancellation/Rescheduling: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our schedules and allocate our resources accordingly.
- Same-Day Cancellation Fee: In the event of a cancellation on the same day as the scheduled cleaning, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. This fee is necessary due to the costs associated with committed staff time and the loss of opportunity to allocate that time to another client.
