Dust Bunny provides green friendly products to give your home a great clean, aside from a vacuum, mop, bucket or stepstool. Please note that we don’t typically abrasive cleaning solutions like power cleaners unless deemed necessary and requested, but if you have them and want us to use them we will.

Just share the details of what you need. If you use the online contact form, make a note under “Description” that you only want certain common areas cleaned. We do have a minimum amount of time or rooms aside from that we are happy to adjust our cleaning to target the specific areas you need taken care of.

Unlike other services, Dust Bunny has a service quote, not a time quote. This means that the cleaners will stay as long as they need to complete the clean at no additional cost.

You do not have to be home for your clean as long as your cleaner has proper directions for entering and exiting your home. Please share these instructions when booking your appointment.

That’s okay! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment so we know how to access your home. Your home will be locked according to your exit instructions when the cleaner leaves.

Our cleaners bring a travel wet/dry mop that is used on non-carpeted floors. For carpeted areas, we only use Dyson vacuums. Of course, if you have your own mop or vacuum and prefer we use that please be sure to provide this preference when you make your booking.

Yes, Dust Bunny Services is insured. We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home, and we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us promptly. If we are aware of any damage during our visit we will leave a form for you informing you of the incident and the details.

We love animals, but they don’t always love us. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home. You can leave detailed pet instructions during the online scheduling process. We also use green products that are safe for pets.

All of our cleaners and maids are trained to use products that are safe for all surfaces, including: stainless steel, tiles, glass, wood, etc.

Billing

You will be sent an invoice via email on the day of your cleaning which can be paid via credit card of BSB. If you are receiving cleaning services on a continual basis you can save your card on file to be charged automatically.

We do require minimum for appointments. If you would like to forego our standard pricing and hire an HOURLY cleaner, we can provide this at a cost of $40/hour if you email to coordinate the details or submit a Work Request and share these details in the “Description” area.

Yes, we do that. Dust Bunny will gladly store your linens for you at our location for no additional cost. If you would like a daily towel service that can be provided for your unit on a daily basis as well.

We clean during both. Our staff is able to clean night and day, or on weekends, depending on your preference. Many customers give our cleaners a key for after-hours cleaning, so we can clean without disrupting your work. Our staff are insured and the Dust Bunny Team will coordinate all necessary documentation with your property manager.

Yes, all of our cleaners come equipped with a kit full of cleaning supplies & equipment to bring on site including, items such as vacuums, mops, dry mops, and squeegees.
